This challenge was never about making finished work. It was about forcing myself out of the obsessive detail that defines my usual practice and learning to be looser, more spontaneous, more comfortable with not knowing where a painting was going before I started.
Each day I painted something from my immediate world: food, everyday objects, moments from my travels, things that caught my eye. No overthinking. One sitting, one painting, done.
Every piece in this series has a dedicated reel on my Instagram — follow along at @hannahbrouardart to see the process behind each one.
