  • This is our most common question! Because my original work features thick palette-knife impasto textures, our prints are created using ultra-high-resolution digital captures.

    We print using advanced 12-color Giclée fine art technology. While standard posters use only 4 colors, our 12-color process reproduces up to 98% of the color gamut.   • Every artwork is printed as a museum-quality Fine Art Poster on premium, heavy-weight 200 gsm (80 lb) paper with a professional thickness of 0.26 mm. It features a luxurious smooth matte finish that allows for a clean, completely glare-free display under any indoor lighting conditions.

  • To ensure museum-grade quality, our premium 12-color Giclée Fine Art Prints are produced exclusively at Gelato's specialized master print hubs across 8 global regions (including dedicated hubs in Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Europe). Your order will automatically route to the master art lab closest to your destination to ensure efficient transit and pristine handling.

    • For customers in Australia, the US, the UK, and the EU: No. Your prints are fulfilled domestically inside your home region, meaning zero customs duties or unexpected import taxes.

    • For customers in our other 30+ supported countries: Because your fine art print will ship from the nearest regional master hub, any local cross-border import taxes or customs fees specific to your country are the responsibility of the buyer upon arrival.

  • Our local printing partners treat each artwork with extreme care. Depending on the dimensions, prints are either shipped flat in heavy-duty cardboard reinforced packaging, or gently rolled inside thick, crush-resistant industrial postal tubes with protective tissue barriers.

  • To ensure your artwork arrives safely and to keep shipping costs affordable, all prints are shipped unframed.

  • These are open-edition archival prints. This means they are permanently available in our catalog, allowing you to collect and style your space at your own pace without the fear of your favorite piece selling out.
